PFE restart via GRE-tunneled ICMP packet

Improper exceptional-condition handling in Junos OS on SRX Series allows remote attackers to crash and restart the PFE via GRE-tunneled ICMP. The PFE mishandles a specific ICMP packet carried through a GRE tunnel while PMI and GRE performance acceleration are active. PMI is enabled by default, but GRE performance acceleration must also be enabled on a supported SRX platform; a trigger interrupts traffic during the restart.
