Command injection in UTT 进取 521G 3.1.1-190816 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through passwd1. The /goform/setSysAdm handler passes passwd1 to doSystem without neutralizing shell metacharacters before command execution. Exploitation requires high-privilege access to the network management interface and can compromise router data, configuration, and availability.
