Authenticated command execution via shell-parsed LLDB arguments

Command injection in R.Huijts Xcode MCP Server 1.0.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute host commands via run_lldb. registerXcodeTools passes the tool's untrusted args value to child_process.exec in src/tools/xcode/index.ts, causing a shell to parse metacharacters as additional commands. Access to the MCP endpoint and permission to invoke run_lldb are required; injected commands run with the server process's host privileges.
