Local IPC access via unchecked UDS binding

Permission bypass in Node.js 25.x through 25.8.1 allows local users to expose IPC endpoints through Unix domain sockets. Server bind and listen operations in pipe_wrap.cc omit the network permission check applied to comparable paths, so --permission without --allow-net still accepts a socket path. Reachability requires code already running under the Permission Model on a Unix-like host, and the bypass permits same-host process communication outside the intended restriction.
