Memory corruption via unflushed terminal array value

Heap overflow in ParseText in International Color Consortium iccDEV before 2.3.1.2 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via crafted ICC XML. CIccXmlArrayType::ParseText exits when n reaches nSize but leaves bInNum set, causing its final block to write one element past pBuf. Exploitation requires a user or consuming application to process the crafted profile, which corrupts the consuming process.
