Process crash via hard-coded curve count

Heap-buffer over-read in iccDEV before 2.3.1.2 allows local users to crash profile-processing tools via a crafted ICC profile. icMBBToXml passes a hard-coded curve count of three to icCurvesToXml, which indexes beyond the allocated MCurves array when the profile declares fewer channels. Exploitation requires a user or consuming application to process the crafted profile; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault during XML conversion.
