Process memory leak via unreleased XML tag objects

Memory leak in iccDEV before 2.3.1.1 allows local users to consume process memory by supplying a malformed XML color profile. CIccProfileXml::ParseTag allocates pTag through CIccTagXmlFactory::CreateTag but returns false along four parsing error paths without deleting it. Exploitation requires a user to run iccFromXml on attacker-controlled XML; each demonstrated error leaks 80 bytes, with no reported crash or data impact.
