Administrator browser script execution via unescaped target parameter

Reflected XSS in Revive Adserver 6.0.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script in an administrator's browser via a crafted URL. The afr.php delivery script passes the target GET parameter into MAX_adSelect, which places it unescaped in an HTML anchor target attribute. Execution requires a logged-in administrator to visit the URL; resulting access depends on configuration locking and separation of the admin and delivery domains.
