Pre-authentication command execution via insufficient parameter validation
Published Feb 27, 2026 · Updated Feb 27, 2026
OS command injection in Johnson Controls FRICK Quantum HD 10.22 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands before authentication. Johnson Controls has not disclosed the affected parameters or the code path that passes their insufficiently validated values to an operating-system command. Network access to the controller is sufficient; exploitation can modify controller behavior or interrupt service without exposing stored data.
