Unauthenticated file access and SQL injection via AJAX
Published Feb 20, 2026 · Updated Feb 20, 2026
Improper access control in Tassos Framework 4.10.14 through 6.0.37 allows remote attackers to read or delete server files. Requests through Joomla's com_ajax entry point can invoke internal framework functionality without the access checks normally restricting those operations. Crafted requests can also manipulate database queries to extract Joomla data, while successful chaining grants unauthenticated remote attackers unauthorized code execution.
