Process crash via recursive calculator sub-element parsing

Stack overflow in calculator parsing in International Color Consortium iccDEV before 2.3.1.2 allows local users to crash tools via a crafted profile. CIccMpeCalculator::Read accepts sub-element offsets that point into the tag header, allowing a circular reference to recurse through Read and SetElem until the process stack is exhausted. A user must cause an application linked to the library, or the iccDumpProfile tool, to process the malformed profile; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash.
