Memory disclosure and crash via unterminated profile text

Memory safety flaws in International Color Consortium iccDEV before 2.3.1.2 allow local users to read memory or crash profile-processing applications. CIccTagText::Read allocates only the declared text payload, reads profile bytes into it, and omits a terminating null byte, so later string handling passes the heap-buffer boundary. Exploitation requires an application to process a crafted ICC profile with user interaction; the grounded consequences are memory disclosure and application termination, not data modification.
