Unauthenticated data access and deletion via unguarded endpoints

Missing authentication in Langflow OSS before 1.7.0.dev45 allows remote attackers to read monitoring data and delete message sessions. Three routes in api/v1/monitor.py omit the get_current_active_user dependency, so GET requests return conversations or transactions and DELETE removes a session. Network access to a running server is sufficient; no credentials or user interaction are required, and the reported consequences are data disclosure and message deletion.
