Uncontrolled DLL loading in all versions of Pioneer Stellanova and USB DAC Amplifier installers allows local users to execute code. The Windows driver installers resolve and load Dynamic Link Libraries through an uncontrolled search path, allowing a planted library to be selected. Exploitation requires a local user to place a crafted DLL where an affected installer searches and another user to run it; code receives the installer's privileges.
