CVE-2026-21422

Protection bypass via Security Checker SSH reset

Published Mar 4, 2026 · Updated Mar 4, 2026

External control of an SSH configuration in Dell Technologies PowerScale OneFS 9.10.0.0 through 9.13.1.0 allows local users to bypass protections. On a first-time installation, the Security Checker's initial run overwrites customized SSH settings with defaults instead of preserving them. High privileges and local access are required, and upgraded systems that retain existing custom SSH configuration are not affected.
