Local file overwrite via hard-coded SOAP credentials

Hard-coded credentials in NAVTOR NavBox 4.16.1.20 and earlier allow local users to access privileged SOAP methods and write files. The Windows Communication Foundation implementation embeds credentials that can be extracted and accepted by the SOAP interface, bypassing the intended transfer workflow. SOAP functionality must be enabled, and low-privilege local access is required; authenticated callers can write or overwrite files only within application-defined paths.
