CVE-2026-21379

Memory corruption via oversized allocation request

Published Jul 6, 2026 · Updated Jul 6, 2026

Buffer over-read in Windows Compute in Qualcomm Snapdragon allows local users to corrupt memory through an oversized allocation request. Windows Compute mishandles an allocation size above the allowed maximum, resulting in an out-of-bounds read; Qualcomm has not identified the affected function or call path. The condition requires existing low-privileged local access and no user interaction, and successful exploitation corrupts memory within the affected device.
