Memory disclosure via malicious file parsing
Published Feb 10, 2026 · Updated Feb 10, 2026
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Substance 3D Modeler 1.22.5 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to expose memory through a malicious file. Adobe has not disclosed the affected parser or the unchecked length or offset that causes the out-of-bounds read while processing the file. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted file, and the documented consequence is disclosure of sensitive process memory without data modification or service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.

What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
