Unauthenticated code execution via disguised PHP upload
Published Feb 8, 2026 · Updated Feb 8, 2026
Unrestricted file upload in Code Projects Online Music Site 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute PHP code via a crafted category image. AdminUpdateCategory.php trusts the multipart filename and declared media type for txtimage, so a PHP script disguised as an image is stored under the web root. No login or authorization is required; requesting the stored script executes attacker-controlled PHP with the web server's privileges.
