CVE-2026-21311Network attack vector

Session takeover via stored form-field scripts

Published Mar 11, 2026 · Updated Mar 11, 2026

Stored XSS in Adobe Commerce 2.4.9-alpha3 and earlier allows attackers to take over sessions through crafted form-field content. A high-privileged attacker stores script content in an affected form field, which Commerce later renders for another browser without safely neutralizing it; Adobe has not identified the specific field or code path. Exploitation requires a victim to visit the affected page, where the script executes in the victim's session and enables takeover without a reported availability impact.
