Victim-browser script execution via stored form input
Published Aug 11, 2026 · Updated Aug 11, 2026
Stored XSS in Adobe ColdFusion 2023.0.22 and earlier and 2025.0.11 and earlier allows local users to run scripts in a victim's browser. Adobe has not identified the affected form fields or disclosed where stored values bypass output encoding before browser rendering. Low-privileged access is required to store the payload, and a victim must browse to the affected page before the script runs in that browser.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
