Unauthorized call initiation via exported Android component

Improper component export in Samsung Mobile Visual Voicemail before 20.1.00.05 allows local users to initiate calls without permission. Samsung has not disclosed the affected component name, but the exported component accepts call-initiation requests without enforcing the required permission. A local low-privileged foothold is required; no user interaction is required, and the bounded consequence is unauthorized call initiation.
