CVE-2026-21055

Privileged command execution via exported Android components

Published Jul 10, 2026 · Updated Jul 10, 2026

Improperly exported Android components in Samsung Bixby before 4.0.70.8 allow local users to execute commands with Bixby privileges. Samsung has not identified the affected component; the app exposes it without proper access control and accepts calls that reach privileged command execution. A separate local Android application can reach the component without prior privileges or user interaction, gaining Bixby's command authority without a reported service interruption.
