Service interruption via unthrottled WebSocket authentication requests

Improper authentication throttling in MVM Mobiliti Kft. e-mobi.hu allows remote attackers to interrupt charger telemetry via WebSocket requests. The WebSocket API accepts repeated authentication requests without enforcing a request limit, allowing brute-force attempts and request flooding. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful flooding suppresses or mis-routes legitimate charger telemetry rather than altering stored data.
