Root command execution via unescaped USSD value

OS command injection in D-Link DWR-M921 1.1.50 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root through the USSD endpoint. The sub_419F20 handler inserts the unescaped ussdValue parameter into an at-mngr command with sprintf, then passes the string to system(). Administrator credentials and a request with ussdStatusInput set to ussd are required; embedded single quotes escape the command template and grant full router control.
