Root command execution via insufficiently escaped timezone string

Command injection in EnOcean SmartServer IoT 4.60.009 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands as root. The LtSetTimeZone function in libLonStack.so inserts an IP-852 timezone value into a shell command and passes it to system without neutralizing quote-breaking input. No authentication or user interaction is required when IP-852 packets are enabled; a crafted private-configuration packet grants full control of the Linux controller and its building-management functions.
