Authenticated file disclosure via external entity resolution
Published Feb 7, 2026 · Updated Feb 7, 2026
XML external entity injection in O2OA 9.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read server files through crafted XML. The mpweixin check POST handler accepts a DOCTYPE that loads an attacker-controlled DTD and resolves its external file entity instead of disabling DTD and entity resolution. Low-privileged access and no user interaction are required; successful requests can disclose server-local files and cause outbound HTTP requests.
