Authenticated service interruption via unchecked strcpy

Buffer overflow in UTT 进取 520W 1.7.7-180627 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service via a crafted except parameter. The formP2PLimitConfig handler copies the attacker-controlled except value with strcpy to InstPointByIndex + 60 without a bounds check. Administrative HTTP Digest credentials are required; the public proof of concept establishes denial of service but does not establish code execution.
