Resource exhaustion in WebKit on affected Apple platforms allows context-dependent attackers to crash a web-content process via malicious content. Apple has not published the internal WebKit locus or the state transition that mishandles attacker-controlled content; the restricted Bugzilla entry provides no public mechanism. Exploitation requires the affected device to process the crafted content, and the bounded result is an unexpected process crash rather than code execution or data access.
