Local device crash via unchecked ccci bounds

Out-of-bounds read in the ccci component of MediaTek chipsets allows local users with System privilege to crash the device. The ccci component fails to verify a boundary before reading memory, so crafted local input can access data beyond the intended buffer. System-level access is required, user interaction is unnecessary, and the established consequence is a local device crash rather than data disclosure or code execution.
