System hang via WLAN firmware logging

Resource exhaustion in MediaTek WLAN STA firmware on MT7902, MT7921, MT7922, MT8518S, and MT8532 allows remote attackers to hang systems. Logging in the WLAN firmware consumes resources until the system becomes unresponsive, but MediaTek has not disclosed the triggering wireless input or a narrower code locus. Exploitation requires adjacent network reachability but no credentials or user interaction; the reported consequence is a system hang without confidentiality or integrity impact.
