Remote privilege escalation via missing Thread bounds check

An out-of-bounds write in the Thread component of MediaTek MT7931 and MT7933 chipsets allows remote attackers to elevate privileges. MediaTek attributes the flaw to a missing bounds check but has not disclosed the affected routine or the attacker-controlled Thread field that overruns its destination. No authentication, additional execution privileges, or user interaction is required to reach the remote privilege boundary.
