Credential hash disclosure via unmasked REST results

Information disclosure in affected Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud Platform releases allows remote authenticated users to read stored credential hashes. The rest SPL command returns the encr_password field from /servicesNS/-/-/storage/passwords instead of masking that sensitive result. A low-privileged account without the admin or power role is sufficient; the reported consequence is hash disclosure without integrity or availability impact.
