Cross-user media deletion via unchecked ownership

Missing authorization in MaxiBlocks Builder 2.1.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete other users' media files. maxi_remove_custom_image_size accepts old_media_src and passes its normalized uploads path to file deletion without verifying attachment ownership. Author-level access is required; deletion is limited to wp-content/uploads files, including administrator-owned media.
