OS command injection in Splunk AI Toolkit before 5.7.4 allows remote authenticated users with the admin role to execute host commands. The btool configuration helper builds operating-system command strings from dynamic parameters and leaves shell interpretation enabled. An admin can cross into the host context and execute arbitrary commands with the Splunk Enterprise process's privileges.
