Unauthenticated file write via WebDialer SSRF

SSRF in Cisco Unified Communications Manager releases 14 and 15 allows remote attackers to write files via crafted WebDialer HTTP requests. The WebDialer service inadequately validates input in specific HTTP requests before processing it, allowing crafted requests to trigger server-side file writes. WebDialer must be enabled, although it is disabled by default; successful exploitation creates files that can later support elevation to root.
