Authenticated code execution via zipFiles path traversal

Path traversal in Cisco ISE and ISE-PIC 3.1 through 3.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute operating-system commands. The zipFiles method uses a user-supplied path in file operations without restricting it to an intended directory, enabling code execution as iseadminportal. Valid administrative credentials are required; successful exploitation can elevate to root and can make a single-node deployment unavailable.
