Authenticated root command execution via path traversal

Path traversal in Cisco Identity Services Engine allows remote authenticated users to execute operating-system commands through an HTTP request. The undisclosed HTTP handler fails to constrain a user-controlled pathname to its intended directory, leading to user-level code execution and elevation to root. At least Read Only Admin credentials are required; on a single-node deployment, exploitation can also make the node unavailable and block new endpoint authentications.
