Cross-site scripting in Cisco Webex Contact Center Desktop Agent allows remote attackers to steal browser data through a malicious link. The cloud service improperly handled HTML and script content supplied to the Desktop Agent, allowing that content to execute in a user's browser. Exploitation required persuading a user to follow the link and exposed authentication and session information, with no service interruption reported.
