Authenticated script execution via insufficient input sanitization
Published Apr 15, 2026 · Updated Apr 15, 2026
Cross-site scripting in Cisco Identity Services Engine 3.4 Patch 1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in its web interface. The web-based management interface insufficiently sanitizes user-supplied data before storing or reflecting it in pages. Administrative write privileges and a victim who clicks a crafted link or views an affected page are required; scripts run in the interface context and expose browser-based information.
