Device reload via crafted Object Model commands
Published Feb 25, 2026 · Updated Feb 25, 2026
Denial of service in Cisco APIC 6.1(1f), 6.1(2f), 6.1(2g), 6.1(3f), and 6.1(3g) allows local users to reload the device. The Object Model CLI accepts and processes crafted commands without sufficient input validation; Cisco has not disclosed the exact command parser or malformed fields. Valid credentials and any role with CLI access are required, and successful exploitation interrupts controller availability regardless of device configuration.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
