Browser data access via reflected SAML XSS
Published Mar 4, 2026 · Updated Mar 4, 2026
Reflected XSS in the SAML SSO feature of Cisco Secure Firewall ASA and FTD Software allows remote attackers to access browser-based data. The feature insufficiently validates multiple HTTP parameters before reflecting attacker-controlled content through an affected device. Exploitation requires configured SAML IdP and SP features plus remote-access VPN, and a user must open a malicious link.
