Authenticated code execution via overlength PGP session key

Heap buffer overflow in PostgreSQL pgcrypto before 18.2, 17.8, 16.12, 15.16, and 14.21 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The PGP decryption functions copy an overlength session key from crafted ciphertext into an undersized heap buffer. The attacker must be able to install pgcrypto or submit arbitrary ciphertext to an installed instance; successful exploitation runs code as the database operating-system account.
