Device reload via malformed LLDP frame fields

Incorrect-length buffer access in the LLDP feature of Cisco NX-OS allows attackers to reload affected devices via a crafted LLDP frame. The frame parser uses incorrect length values while handling specific LLDP fields, restarting the LLDP process and triggering a device reload. Exploitation requires direct physical or logical Layer 2 connectivity to an LLDP-receiving interface; the bounded consequence is a service interruption through reload.
