Privileged action execution via missing ACL
Published Aug 17, 2026 · Updated Aug 19, 2026
Authorization bypass in Webkul Bagisto 2.4.0 through 2.4.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute maintenance actions via admin configuration endpoints. The /admin/configuration/cache-management/execute route accepts an action value from a low-privileged admin session and passes it into cache-management logic without an explicit configuration ACL check, where values such as clear-views are mapped to Artisan maintenance commands. Exploitation requires a valid backend account that lacks configuration-management permissions, and the same public report describes related configuration search and download helper endpoints exposed to those accounts.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
