Authenticated file deletion via post-validation path collapse

Path traversal in AyeCode Ltd UsersWP 1.2.70 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary server files. The upload_file_remove handler validates a stored file value before uwp_get_file_relative_url globally removes embedded upload-base URLs, creating traversal sequences that are appended to the uploads directory without a containment check. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and deletion of files such as wp-config.php can interrupt the WordPress site.
