Denial of service in HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer series allows remote attackers to interrupt printing via IPP requests. The IPP request handler mishandles requests so the printer fails to establish a TCP connection; HP has not disclosed a narrower code-level locus or operation. Network access is sufficient without authentication or user interaction, and firmware before 001.2602A is affected.
