Internal JSON exposure via unrestricted pagination URL
Published Aug 16, 2026 · Updated Aug 16, 2026
SSRF in Facebook Ads MCP Server 0.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to retrieve JSON from server-reachable URLs. The fetch_pagination_url MCP tool passes its caller-supplied URL directly to requests.get(), follows redirects, and returns the parsed response without validating the scheme, host, port, credentials, or destination. This path requires influence over an integrated agent or low-privileged MCP access; it exposes JSON from internal services or cloud metadata endpoints and triggers requests to other reachable hosts.
