Application crash via invalid String wrapper copy

Null pointer dereference in Oat++ 1.3.0 through 1.3.1 allows local users to crash an application by processing malformed JSON. The ObjectWrapper copy constructor copies an invalid oatpp::String and asks std::shared_ptr to increment a null control-block reference count. A low-privileged local user must be able to supply the malformed JSON to a consuming program; the demonstrated consequence is a process abort, not data access or modification.
