Unauthorized access via unrestricted login guessing

Improper login-attempt restriction in Man Group D-Tale 3.0 through 3.22.0 allows remote attackers to guess credentials via HTTP. The /login handler in dtale/auth.py immediately re-renders failures and accepts another username and password without throttling, delay, attempt counting, or lockout. Authentication must be explicitly enabled, and unauthorized access depends on guessing a valid password; a successful guess creates a session that reaches protected datasets and data-mutating routes.
